Sub-processors List
This page lists the sub-processors that Nimbus Riders sp. z o.o. (“Company”) engages to process personal data on behalf of Subscribers in connection with the WebSpeaker Service.
What is a Sub-processor?
A sub-processor is a third-party service provider that processes personal data on our behalf to help us deliver the WebSpeaker Service. We enter into data processing agreements with all sub-processors to ensure they meet our data protection standards.

Data Transfer Safeguards
For sub-processors located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place:

Changes to Sub-processors
We will update this list when we engage new sub-processors or make changes to existing ones.
Notification process:
- We update this page at least 30 days before a new sub-processor begins processing personal data;
- We send email notification to Subscribers’ designated contacts;
- Subscribers may object to new sub-processors as described in our Data Processing Addendum.
