Refund Policy for Paid Subscriptions

Every WebSpeaker subscription starts on Free, and Free is free forever. You only begin paying when you upgrade to a paid plan from inside the app.

Initial Purchase Refunds

Refund requests for the initial purchase may be available within 14 days in accordance with merchant-of-record policies and applicable law.

To request a refund for an initial purchase, use the billing portal or the purchase receipt you received for the transaction. If you need additional help, contact the merchant-of-record support channel.

Renewal Refunds

Refunds for subscription renewals are generally not provided unless required by applicable law.

Cancellation

You can cancel future renewals at any time from the billing portal.

When you cancel:

  • no new billing period will start,
  • your paid plan stays active until the end of the current billing period,
  • and your account then returns to the applicable lower-capacity plan.

How to Cancel or Request a Refund

  1. Log in to the billing portal you received with your purchase.
  2. Use the options there to cancel future renewals or request a refund.
