How billing works

Every new account starts on Free, and Free is a free-forever plan rather than a time-limited trial.

All plans share the same core product. Paid plans increase limits for AI messages, projects, seats, and indexed pages.

You upgrade inside the app when you need more capacity, then choose monthly or yearly billing.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, and yearly billing is charged upfront for the year.

Billing facts

Paid subscriptions are sold through our merchant-of-record billing provider.

Cancel future renewals at any time from the billing portal. Paid access stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Refund requests for the initial purchase may be available within 14 days in accordance with merchant-of-record policies and applicable law. Renewals are generally not refunded unless required by law.
