WebSpeaker documentation section is now live

We have launched a complete documentation section for WebSpeaker, available across the website and at /docs.

The goal is simple: make onboarding and day-to-day operations easier, faster, and more predictable for teams using WebSpeaker.

Inside the documentation section, the content is grouped into practical areas that follow the real product workflow: Getting Started for account and first project setup, Widget for installation and appearance, Content & Scraping for crawl and source quality management, AI Search for prompt tuning and conversation analysis, Live Support for team setup and real-time operations, Contacts for contact tracking, and Organization for member, project, and user preference management.

Instead of isolated how-to pages, the new structure is designed as a connected path from onboarding through production operation, so teams can move forward without jumping between unrelated docs.

Why this matters

The new docs hub gives teams one clear place to go from first login to production-ready setup. Whether you are evaluating WebSpeaker or scaling an existing deployment, the documentation section is now the best starting point.

If you have feedback about the docs structure or missing topics, reach out and we will keep expanding it.
